On a rough day in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho my 12th place finish was good enough for a roll down Hawaii spot.  Check back in a few days for a full race report.

Two days to the Ironman National Championships!  Check the journal section for my race week happenings!!  It looks like it is going to be a warm day on the course.  The highs should be in the low 90ies!!  Plus, the water is frigid (headache cold)!  Hopefully the high air temps will warm that up in the next two days.. 

It's two and a half weeks to Ironman CDA, and time to start tapering!  I raced Alcatraz this past weekend and after a directional mishap had an OK race for where I am at in my training.  Check out the race report in the journal section.
