Check out this cool new product.  An MP3 player to use when you swim.  I just started using mine and it is perfect for those easy days when you are swimming solo and just want to get some laps in.  You can settle in to the rhythm of whichever song you choose and the time flies by while getting in the laps!  It can be a bit tricky for those hard threshold sets, since I always get caught up in the tunes and forget to swim hard!  Although, I guess it might just be a matter of having the right song..
